    Does Ultimate Member block IP’s for any reason? Is there a way to see if they are blocking something? One of my client’s offices can’t access the site but no one else has any issues. I don’t believe any of my other plugins could be causing this issue. They were able to access the site after my hosting whitelisted their IP but ultimate member upgraded last night and now they’ve lost access again. I’ve double checked with my host and there are no issues on their end. Please help as this is very time sensity.

    Hi @jamieovertown

    UM doesn’t have an IP blocking functionality.

    You can try checking if the email is blocked in the UM access settings.
    Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Access > Other > See “Blocked Email Addresses”.

    I use a plugin called register IP’s.
    In the ultimate member register form I’d like to retrieve the users IP.
    I currently have someone using a similar email address to register multiple times, I’ve tried to use email and phone unique verification but looking for tips
