1. Where do you put the shortcode? Is it on a page or a post?

2. You can change the redirect URL after Registration in the User Role settings. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit a Role > see “Register options” > Actions to be taken after registration > select “Redirect URL” and then add your Page URL.

1. It’s in a page. I’m using Avada theme and it has avada builder. I have tried the code using builder and the default editor – no change.
2. Thanks that worked a treat – would not have dawned on me to look there.

Did you try viewing the page with the shortcode while logged out?

That shortcode will only display the content when you are logged out of the site.

Yes I have tried viewing logged out and in different browsers. The top code would be invisible, but the bottom not. I can get both to disappear when the code is just on the main body of text, but not when including columns or containers. Are there some limits or guidelines around the shortcode I’m not aware of?

If I only wrap the text from “paterson & co, established” to “New Zealand”, it views OK, but the other content (header and understanding renumeration and lets break things down) is visible.
Also it’s OK if I use the default editor and put the code at the top and bottom, but as soon as I convert to using the builder, it puts the code in a container and the bottom code shows up on the published page. So what I will copy below (as there is no way to attach a screen grab) is the converted builder version.

Have you tried putting the UM shortcode outside the [fusion_builder_container] ?

e.g.

    [fusion_builder_container] Test content [/fusion_builder_container]
[/um_loggedout]

That’s the first thing I tried, but when I change to using the builder program, it moves the shortcode to other places as already stated.
