Replacing spaces in code

I’ve experienced this plugin puts
inside code, too, which results in broken behavior.Examples of resulting source code:

Could you please fix the plugin to replace spaces in plain text (outside tags,
<script>or<style>blocks, etc.) only? - HTML:
