    Hi,

    This is a complicated one!

I am using Sumo Payment Plans plugin to process payment plans with WooCommerce on a custom-built site using LearnDash LMS with limited access to the Theme file or PHP admin area.

The payment plan function allows the option to be added to a pop up on the sales page (product page), this links the course to the sale and adds the student when they check out using a payment plan. Unfortunately VAT isn’t calculated properly when the product goes into the basket, it’s only added to the first payment plan instalment.

I removed this function and just enabled the payment plan to be ordered at checkout, unfortunately, this doesn’t add the customer to the product (course).

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    Claire

It sounds like the issue is related to the Sumo Payment Plans plugin. I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developer directly since they know how it works better.
