Problem with new image zoom magnifier

  • Dear,
    we start to update products, but when we insert new images zoom not work properly, freeze on one view and enlarge button crop image. i try different resolution on image but no result.

    Hi Giuseppe,

    hope you are doing well ??

    Can you try switching to a default theme like “Twenty Twenty”?
    If it’s still not working, can you disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin? Then if it works star enabling plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue.
    Can you send us the URL of a product with the issue?

    i have updated the plug in and the expand icon disappear and issue remains, so i rollback to previous version.
