Changing page templates (1.5)

    In the Manji theme I would like to have a links page, I know how to do this and it comes out as this : https://owen.free.fr/wordpress/?page_id=23
    Now that’s fine but I really would like to have a links page using the about page template like this : https://owen.free.fr/wordpress/?page_id=5
    How could I modify the links page (.php) in such a way ? I have tried messing around, merging the about and links.php files but this just doesn’t change anything…
