Problems exporting variable products

We have a problem when we try to export variable products. We make the excel with the format but sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. sometimes it only changes the parent product and it doesn’t create the product variations. We tried to change the product’s name, change uppercase to lowercase, but the behavior of the plugin is very erratic and we dont know why it doesnt work… can you help us??
