Sending out a contract to an applicant

    Howdy all,

    I’m in the process of creating a hiring workflow and I’m wondering if it’s possible to fill a contract with details from a job applicant and then have that sent out to the applicant for them to sign?

    The details that would need to populate into an email would be:
    – Name
    – Address
    – Pay rate (Ideally this would be some sort of tag/drop down that would allow the hiring manager to select the correct pay rate that would apply to the applicant)

    This may require additional plugins so I’m happy to hear other suggestions (Currently using Ninja Forms, Job Openings, Ultimate Member)

    Please excuse us. We are unclear about your exact requirement. Can you please share with us more details about this requirement? If possible, with an example.

    Please note that if you want to send custom mail to the applicant, you can do this with WP Job Openings Pro. First, you need to create templates for the emails from WP Job Openings Settings > Notifications > Templates. After creating the templates, you can send the mail from the applicant edit screen with these custom templates.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I am wanting to use the email template system that WP Job Openings Pro offers (I do have WP JO Pro installed/activated).

    I have a contract that will be sent to applicant’s once we are ready.

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the applicants name and email address populated into the template?

    What I also need is to be able to select a certain pay rate i.e.hourly rate and then have that information fill into the template.

    I know there are already codes that can be used for certain information but can I add more?

    Please let me know if I can explain it any better!

    Just some more information, I am talking about the template tags when you are creating an email template.

    Is it possible to also have a word document uploaded and have it be used as the template?

    Hi @sinemaa,

    Custom Notification Templates (WP Job Openings Settings > Notifications > Templates) do support the template tag. {applicant} template tag will be auto-populated with the Applicant Name and {applicant-email} to Applicant Email when you choose the corresponding template from the application edit screen. You can also use template tags for your custom fields. It will be automatically registered and displayed under ‘Template Tags’ in Notifications Settings. If not, you can register the same from each field option in Form Builder (WP Job Openings Settings > Form > Form Builder).
