Keap Password Change Breaks Connection

Every 6 months Keap forces a password change for our Keap account. When this happens our connection no longer works to transfer data from the form our clients fill out on our website to Keap. Once we go into the plug-in and update the Keap password it all works again. Is there any way to set up the plugin so that we don’t have to remember to do this manual edit every six months? I tried to enable access to the API by checking the box under Gravity Forms API Settings. This sent the name and email address of the person filling out our form to Keap, but not the results/details of the form. Thank you for your help.
