Problem with css and uploads / permissions

    Hello! I have a problem with my site https://zazzy.se suddenly the CSS and uploads are not working. I cant do updates either. What do I do?
    I’m not sure what I did to break the site?
    Why aren’t the CSS loading thats the main issue I need help with?
    Please reply fast, as I’ve just told a bunch of people about the website and it’s quite embaressing how it looks without the CSS.
