Multiple Bookings not allowing individual selection

I have hourly time slots available. As an example, I’d like to click on 9am and 1pm but not book any slots in between. However, when I click these it automatically selects 10am – 1pm automatically, creating a 5 hour booking. How do I make it so that I can book multiple time slots individually? Thanks
