Ads do not show (occasionally)

Hi there,

On our news website we are seeing that when a new publication is made, that no ads will show for a long time. Other times, ads will show immediately.

We are not sure why this is occurring and if it is a bug not loading the AdSense code within Ad Inserter.

Would be great to get to the bottom of this as we lose ad revenue when they do not show to our large audience.
