changeset_post_save_failure message

    I’m having a problem trying to change the background colour of the menu when viewing on mobile/tablet, which is dark and can’t see the words properly. I found where to change it but when I click on publish an error message appears: changeset_post_save_failure I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this and I am not technical at all. Please advise kind regards P.S. I am using Neve, but can’t see how I ask them. it’s just taken me 20 minutes to find the page for menu sidebar and where I want to change the background colour on mobile and tablet so the menu titles can be seen clearly.

  • If you have had your window open for a long time, your session could have timed out, and the Customizer doesn’t show you the popup to login again. You can try to open another browser window and go to your WP dashboard to see if you are still logged in.
    If that’s not the problem, I don’t know, but the support forum for your theme is https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/neve

    it’s taken a long month or so to resolve the problem I was having. People on the forum were helpful and I learned a lot. I felt frustrated that I couldn’t sometimes follow their clear instructions but it’s resolved. No idea quite how this happened but it’s good to go.
