I have listed over 36 postcodes of which RH12* is one of them.
Since your feedback I have gone back and even added RH12 2HU as an individual postcode too and this is still showing the following message:

This still isn’t showing the shipping option.

Create shipping class, zone from admin end and add that shipping class to the product.
Then try to purchase this product.
