[Plugin: Contact Form 7] 2.2 Upgrade caused submit button to disappear

Hi
I have just set up my site with CF7 2.1.2 and the submit button showed as a nice little rectangle that changed colour in hover mode.
I have just upgraded to 2.2 and the button has disappeared leaving just ‘Submit’ as a line of text.
Is this fixable or can I download 2.1.2 again?
