Missing Cities

Hello,

I noticed that there are a lot of Cities from Latvia missing, like Bauska, Cēsis.

Previously you mentioned that the list is made from these cities – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_divisions_of_Latvia

But Bauska and Cēsis is included in here, but not on the plugin.

Is there any way where I can download the Cities Shipping Zones for WooCommerce 1.0.6 version? That was working differently and included “Novads” aswell. Thanks.
