how to do ‘Refund request’ by admin?

Thanks for the good plugin.

The plugin has a feature with refund. Is there any way to make ‘refund request by admin’ possible with action button? ‘Refund’ works by changing order status on admin page, but I’d like to use the partial refund as vendors do.
