A familiar subscriber
-
Hi we are a non-profit sports club in which our members range from Senior Members – adults over 18 years old, to Junior Members from 6 years old to 16 years old.
We find your plugin very useful and we are determined to purchase the premium version but not before clarifying some doubts.Using the free version of your plugin we have created our subscription products:
– Senior Member – adult <18 years old
– Family Member 1 – only a Senior Member can opt to join a single Family Member 1 (his or her spouse, partner).
– Family Member 2 – only a Senior Member may elect to add one or more Family Member 2 (sons and daughters over the age of 16 and under the age of 26).
– Junior Member – only a Senior Member is eligible to add one or more Junior Family Members (sons and daughters under the age of 16).In our club we have many members who bring their children and obviously they do not yet have the capacity to personally order and pay.
At the time of payment, we ask the user to enter his personal data and, if applicable, those of the family member he wants to register as a member – subscriber. Your plugin collects the data of the paying user and adds them to the list of subscribers – correct!
We would like that, in the cases of Family Member1, Family Member2 and Junior Member, although the payment is made by the Senior Member, the data that goes to the Subscribers list (in our case: members) are those of the family member that the Senior Member wants to register.
Your plugin collects the data of the payer, but is there any way to incorporate the data of this other family member to the list of subscribers?
Our goal is to identify both the payer and the new family member he is adding. So, even if the payment is made by the Senior Member, we would want the Family Member 1, Family Member 2 or Junior Member, as the case may be, to also appear in the subscription data.
Is there any way to do this with your plugin?Thanking you for your attention, best regards.
