Unable to render that language characters properly.

    Unable to render Thai text instead question mark inside diamond is showing up.
    But other than post ticker part thai text is rendering properly.

    Example:
    Original text:??????? “?????????? ??????????” ????????? ??????????

    Text rendering: ??????? “?????????? ??????????” ????????
