Cache being emptied automatically

Installed WP Super Cache 2 days back and today found that the cache was emptied automatically even though I set 0 in the garbage collection.

The same thing happens if I use Cache Enabler, or WP Rocket, although I choose to never clear the cache automatically. Can’t repro it during post creation or deletion. It happens randomly.

This doesn’t look like a Plugin-specific issue, but posting here anyway, just in case someone might provide a hint. Is anyone else seeing the same issue?
