Plugin Reviews getting deleted!

I work at ExpertRec, we provide search as a service to websites enabling their users to find relevant content on their website in an efficient manner.

We at ExpertRec have a dedicated plugin for WordPress websites, ‘WP fastest site search’.
My query today is regarding the removal of some of our plugin reviews.
I would like to know why our reviews were removed, what prompted the action for their removal, and would this trend continue if some of our paid(plugin) users write positive reviews about us.

Plugin reviews are how first-time visitors judge our product, it plays a significant role in deciding whether a user would go ahead with our plugin or not.
I hope you can help me out in a timely manner, as the removal of ALL our reviews is disastrous for our business.
