I am looking for something whether it is a plug-in, or what I’m not sure. I need something for my wordpress like a calendar that can archive concert dates, and display upcoming concert dates. I tried the gigs calendar and it didn’t work how I wanted it to. I can’t remember which plug-in I also tried the calendar messed up the page, it put the left hand column below the calendar rather than fitting it to the area within where the text would go on a page. I have tried the table plug-ins, but they seem to complicated, and the css has to be adjusted. I don’t have the time to alter css coding to make it match my wordpress theme. A table plug-in that has a css that will use my theme as a default style would be good. Can someone give me some ideas of what I could use for what I’m wanting to do?

    Thank you.

  • Take a look at the calendar on BluegrassMiataClub.com.

If that looks like it would work for you, it is the Calendar plugin by Kieran O’Shes.

Thank you, I think that will work. But, the widgets don’t stay where I put them. If I want them at the bottom they show up at the top. As long as I don’t use the widgets that came with the ‘calendar’ plug-in, it should work great! It’s easy to alter the CSS code, and it looks nice and neat on the page, it’s nice and small and compact. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again!!

Glad it works for you. Now, please use the dropdown at top right to mark this topic ‘Resolved’.

I found out the widget problem was actually a Firefox cache problem. So the plug-in works good.
