subscription form issues

  • We have ACYmailing on our site to build up our newsletter mailing list. This has been working fine up until now. Latest update required us to signup for invisible recaptcha. We were getting a message to say the site was not registered to recaptcha which is it but not as invisible reaptcha as well.
    So not that we have registered and entered the details the error message has gone and the subscription form can accept new details.
    But we are getting a red banner in the subscription area as we signup. I am not sure why as this would normally turn the entire subscription panel green saying you ahve subscribed.
    When I check the mailing list the new details have been added but a confirmation email is not sent. Perhaps this is the reasons for the red banner.
    This is confusing for customers who try to subscribe to our mailing list.
    What is the red banner and how can I make sure the subscription form is working and ACYmailing is sending out confirmation emails?

    Thanks for posting this here ??
    This error seems to come from the confirmation email which isn’t being sent.

    The error isn’t displayed so we probably need to find a solution and and release this fix in our upcoming version.

    As we’ve received the access, we will have a look at the issue soon and post the reply here ??
