Case insensitive search in Cyrillic

Hello,
I noticed that your search is not case sensitive when searching in Latin, but when searching in Cyrillic, it is case sensitive.
Because of this, many products in Woocommerce written with a capital letter are not visible in the search, if my clients write a search query with a lowercase letter.

Could you make the search in Cyrillic also case insensitive?
