Login Not Working (Redirecting to Login Page)

    Hi, when customers are trying to log in, and enter the right credentials nothing will happen… The page redirects the person to the login page again. If you try to login with the wrong credentials the user will be alerted to fix the wrong ones; however when they enter the right credentials nothing happen.

    Note: Other pages like register works perfectly…

    I found this problem very strange and would like that some one will help me please.

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Could you please try saving the UM Access settings and see if the issue still occurs? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Access > save it without changing any options. Let’s see if the issue still occurs.
