Windows and Mac OS X Basic Gallery has different thumbnail sizes

https://resmim.net/gm6ezz/When I add pictures to Basic Gallery on Mac OS X, the thumbnails are the same size. The thumbnails come in different sizes when I add them in windows. Why are they not the same size in Windows?
Is there any solution?
