Great product + Honesty + Support – thank you

Hi there, just wanted to let everyone know about what happened last week. I’ve used All Import years back and had a large import that I needed to do. So I purchased a standalone copy of All Import, or thought I did. Unfortunately I had clicked on All Export by mistake. I really needed the plugin immediately so went ahead and purchased All Import hoping they would understand and refund me for All Export.

I reached out to the team and explained what had happened letting them know about the mistake and explained that I had purchased All Import in 2015 – 6 years ago.

What happened next was wonderful! Not only did they refund my mistake purchase but they explained that the 2015 purchase was a lifetime purchase and refunded that also!

Really wanted to thank the team for fantastic product that has made my life so much easier but also their understanding, integrity and support.

Well done guys – highly recommend your product and just noticed that you have launched Oxygen recently – looking forward to trying that.
