Users unable to edit listing description

    Hi

    Can anyone help me I have this Directorist – Business Directory Plugin installed and it works well for what I need but I have a problem that a user can create a listing via the dashboard submit listing and this then shows as pending waiting approval. Once this is approved by the admin the user should be able to edit their listing via the dashboard and they can except for the Title and Description area. They can delete it and create a new one. Is there a setting or permission I am missing somewhere?
    Any help appreciated

  • I’m having the exact same issue. When users make a change then go to preview it’s not even showing the changes in the preview, and then isn’t submitting them for me to approve the changes. It doesn’t seem to be saving the changes at all.

    It used to work but I think the most recent update which I applied just over a week ago is what’s caused this problem.

    I’ve e-mailed support but I’m waiting to hear back.

    Great thanks for the update I thought I had missed something let me know if you find a fix and I will post up if I solve it before then.
