Glossary Plugin won’t create automatic links

Hi,
this can depends on various factors. The post type not enabled in the settings https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/getting-started/#enabling-glossary-for-specific-post-types or the most common issue a conflict with the theme or a visual composer so our plugin is not executed.
For this reason our PRO plugin has this shortcode https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/shortcodes/#parse-content-premium to force the execution in the content.

Are you using any visual composer?

I don’t believe we are using any visual composer. Some pages are built with Elementor, but others are used with the classic WP editor. We are also using the Astra theme.

Additionally, we are currently using the free version of this plugin.

Without looking at the page, I need the website to understand the issue but maybe the plugin is not executed.

Would you prefer screenshots or access to the website?

Access to the website is the best solution but if it is with username/password we do this kind of support only to premium customers.

I’m also using the ASTRA theme. The plugin doesn’t create automatic links, too (website https://www.hifi-today.de). It seems that the plugin have a general problem with this theme.
