jumbled mega menu? how to resolve

  • Our mega menu is jumbled (only sometimes) making it impossible to navigate. Any idea what is causing this issue?

    If you click into the mega menu while it’s working properly, and then continue to click around through the website, it will eventually get scrambled and refreshing won’t fix it.

  • Hi,

    As checked, seems likely you’re using an additional plugin to create your mega menu.

    To check whether there is a script conflict with Airi theme’s script, that brokes your mega menu, can you try temporarily switching to one of default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty-One and running your check?

    To do this privately, you may want to enable troubleshooting mode on your website, that is only affected for site’s administrator, with the help of this plugin.

    I’d request giving it a try and let me know your views.
