    Hi sarahkutt,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Your website looks great, and I notice that your manually injected AdSense ads are correctly injected but stay empty.

Here are some reasons why the AdSense ads stay unfilled:

    • Your site was not added => go to Sites in your AdSense account and add it
    • There are violations listed under Account > Policy center in your AdSense account
    • Auto ads were not enabled in Ads > Overview
    • Also, I notice an error caused by the multiple injections of the auto ads code. This is not why AdSense ads are not showing up, but you should resolve this anyway. here, you can find a manual about how to fix this.

      Best regards,
      Joachim

    Hi schmidt25,
    Thanks for your response.
    1. Your site was not added => go to Sites in your AdSense account and add it
    — it says i already added the site. i have attached the screenshot for you.
    2. There are violations listed under Account > Policy center in your AdSense account
—– how to fix this? i dont see any messages under my adsense account. Kindly advice on this.
    3. Auto ads were not enabled in Ads > Overview
—i did enable then i disable and try to add manual ad to see whether it is working or not. Do you think i should enable Auto ads?
I will try to remove the duplicates, but not sure how to remove from view source page. ??
    Your help appreciated. Thanks

    Hi sarahkutt,

I cannot see your screenshot. If the site is added, fine.

There are violations listed under Account > Policy center in your AdSense account

Does this mean that you see notifications in your policy center?

    Thread Starter sarahkutt

    (@sarahkutt)

No there is no notification in my policy center

I just now deactivated site google plugin and Advanced ads plugin to check whether this will help to remove the duplicate injections. Not sure. Thanks

    Hi sarahkutt,

Thanks for your reply and the clarification that there are no invalid traffic warnings, as I guessed.

All ad codes are correctly injected except the one in the left sidebar that has a strange pub-ID (ca-pub-#### #### #### ####). Do you use the AdSense ad type for this ad unit?

Besides that, the integration looks fine, except for the error with the multiple injected auto ads code.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi sarahkutt,

    Thanks for your reply.

If you could please guide me how to remove the those multiple auto ads code?

Please, see this manual, in which we describe how to to that.

All the ads that i have created has the same (ca-pub-#### #### #### ####) i created from manual display ad unit.

I notice three manually injected AdSense ads on your homepage. Two of them have the correct Pub-ID, one has an incorrect ID (ca-pub-#### #### #### ####).

In this manual, we describe how to connect with your AdSense account and import your ads automatically.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi,

I checked your website. You resolved the issue with the multiple injected auto ads codes and the error disappeared, well-done!

Also, the issue with the wrong pub-ID of the one ad is fixed now.

Now, it is on AdSense to fill your ad units with ads.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi sarahkutt,

It looks that there are still (again?) AdSense code snippets where they do not belong.

I suggest removing all manually placed implementations of AdSense code and go with the default options Advanced Ads provides to ensure they are placed correctly.

Checking the errors on your browsers console might also help to understand the problem.

    Best regards,
    Henning

    Hi @sarahkutt

I haven’t heard back from you.

Have you been able to resolve your issue or is there still anything I could help you with?

I am also interested in your short feedback if all is fine so that I can close this thread.

    Best regards,
    Henning
