Caps Sensitive Website

Ok so my website techtubecentral.co.cc is has caps sensitive url’s. I am running word press how do i make the site not caps sensitive using a plugin or by editing the .htaccess page. BTW when i mean it is caps sensative i mean when i type in techtubecentral.co.cc/youtube it will work but if i type in techtubecentral.co.cc/YOUtube it will take me to an error 404 page
