Accordion toggle is not working when using shortcode in product description

    Hi,

    I used the shortcode in my product description to show the FAQ’s and anabled the toggle. However on the product page, the FAQ’s are shown, but the toggle is not working.

    This is the shortcode i used:

    [helpie_faq show_title=”1″ title=”Veelgestelde vragen” title_tag=”h3″ show_search=”1″ search_placeholder=”Zoeken…” search_by_tags=”0″ toggle=”1″ open_by_default=”open_first” faq_url_attribute=”1″ display_mode=”simple_accordion” sortby=”publish” order=”desc” limit=”-1″ exclude_from_search=”1″ categories=”all”]

    I tried different settings when creating the shortcode, but no luck.

    Any idea why?

    Issue seems to be related with a Skeleton screen feature of the theme. When disabled, the toggle is showing fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks for looking into it. My theme is ‘Molla’.

    The skeleton screen is an option under the theme settings under speed optimization.

    I was able to reproduce the issue and have added this to our bug-tracker. I have also conveyed this to our development team.
