Order in customer account

    Hi,

    I notice that for several days, customer orders are not displayed in their account. Customer names no longer automatically appear in order details. They appear as a guest customer. While customers do have an account created when ordering. How to solve this problem ?

    Hello,
    It does not seem that creating an account is mandatory on your site, so customers can actually purchase as Guests.

    If you want to change that you can do so in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Guest checkout > Uncheck – Allow customers to place orders without an account.
