Hi I’ve been testing the plugin but I just can’t make it work. All the test that I’ve sent through it never reached salesforce.

I know that is not the server (i’ve actually tried two different ones) because if I input a generated form from salesforce it does work. But if I use the forms created by the plugin they never reach.

I double checked the organization’s ID and it is right, I don’t see any errors on the console either.

Do you have any ideas or clues of what it might be happening anything that I should look for?

    I’m on version 5.5.4

Please review the ReadMe/FAQ for troubleshooting/debugging advice and report back anything you find and we’ll assist if able. Generally lead acceptance rules on the Salesforce side, or required fields are to blame for rejected leads.

Note: Make sure that the captcha setting at Salesforce is not enabled, even if you have the capatcha enabled in the plugin (they are separate systems).
