    Hello,
    I’m trying to import a package but I’m receiving this message: The package information can’t be read.
    Error: Can’t get file dup-installer/dup-archive__3099520-14135513.txt from archive C:/xampp/htdocs/test/wp-content/backups-dup-pro/imports/20210514_sitetitle_3099520b233926961406_20210514135513_archive.zip

    I’ve tried to search for similar issues, but I couldn’t find anything. What is happening here and what can I do to fix it? Please help, this is urgent.
