Unable to login with admin accounts after install

  • Hi there,

    We have updated from the previous version of the WP Members Plugin as requested.

    Once the update completed we are now unable to login to the site with any passwords to the admin accounts (working fine before the ugprade).

    Please can you advise, we are now locked out of the site that is live and running due to this update.

    I have figured out the issue.

    It was due to having special characters in the passwords to the admin accounts.

    PLEASE fix that.
