Add field in configuration page

Hi. I want to add fields (text input) to configuration page due to all clothes are made-to-measure (we neeed to chest waist and hip measurements)

I added fields in product page (with plugins) but I want to add in configurarion tool page if possible. Are there an addon to included these options? Maybe “conditional logic”…
