Plugin Polygan header not work

Good evening, I need help, I do not know what happens if it is the plugin but put that the Spanish language is the main language and the secondary English but sometimes the Spanish front page works but when it gets damaged and I enter from the Spanish link it goes automatically to the English one and then when I put the Spanish flag on, nothing happens and it stays on the English front page and the Spanish page doesn’t work.
