issue with access token

    Hi, the plugin is telling me my access token has expired. I’ve clicked reauthenticate and logged in to facebook. Once I login it takes me straight back to the wordpress settings screen and says token updated. However when I refresh the page it says token expired again…
    I also noticed on the front end of my site I’m seeing this error

    [“error”,”(#12) description field is deprecated for versions v3.3 and higher”]

    I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to see if anything is conflicting and have tried opening in a private browser.
    Are you able to help at all?

    Support is slow and unclear about this issue, will be fixed in the next release.

    Expected time of arrival not given.

    I would advise to install “Feed Them Social” plugin, that one works fine.

    thanks so much, seems to have fixed it for me ??

    Still doesn~t work for me. Deleted the plugin in WP and the Access Token in Facebook. Reinstalled everything and although the pluggin logged into Facebook and a new access token has been created (I can see it in the Business Integrations settings) the plugin still tells me there is an issue with the access token and asks me to re-authenticate.
