    Thanks for sending all these details about your problem, we really appreciate it and it’s easier to understand what’s going on.

    I can see the email address has been authorized for your account, and the message you’re seeing when trying to send an email refers to your subscription, which seems it was pending approval by the time you took this screenshot.

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
