    Hi Raul,

We use your plugin to speed up a lot of our clients websites.
However, we are still using the FVM version 2.8.9 since this is the last version that allows us to exclude scripts and css to Google PSI.

We couldn’t replicate this on the newer version of FVM. Or do we miss something?

We want to keep the plugin up to date and also deliver high Google PSI score.

How do we do this with the newest version of FVM.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards,

    Desar Sariyanta

  • Hi Desar,
I’ve the same problem with Google fonts using latest FVM 3.2.x.
Did you get a reply from developper about this issue?
Do we have to use/buy specific version of FVM in order to get Google font working as expected (everything is fine using 2.8.9)?

Thanks in advance for your reply.
    Regards
    Joel

Excluding from PSI was a test feature that allowed render blocking, while excluding it from the tests. It was meant for development, to evaluate how third party scripts affect your scores.

On version 3 you can delay the scripts and it produces better results.
It reduces the loading time, and only loads the script on interaction.
But you need to see if your script supports delaying, some do not.
