Scrolling Recent Posts plugin

I am looking for a plugin or widget that will let me display my most recent posts on a vertical list. The list will only show 6 posts and will scroll up one at a time to show all posts in a category. Also, I would like to have the user have the ability to navigate up or down on the scrolling list.
