Hi, i created 9 popups a few months ago and they were working correctly. A few days ago i checked my site and the popups weren’t working. I checked backend, i can see that there are 9 published popups but they do not appear as editable elements it seems like they have disappeared.

    How can i fix this?

Hello @carlogrs – thanks for writing in and we do apologize for this inconvenience.

Could you please follow these steps below and see if that solves your issue?

    1) Disable all WPML plugins
    2) Re-enable all WPML plugins
    3) For any popups that have been translated, edit each one and re-apply the correct language for the popup.

You can try that and I hope that solves your problem.

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

I have exactly the same issue with a website that I haven’t worked on for a while.
A popup created at the end of 2019 doesn’t appear in the list of popups although shown as published in the header. screenshot
A test popup I created does appear.
Before I try the suggestion here, is there an update on whether it works?
    Popup Maker = Version 1.16.1.

Hi, the problem is solved now! I just needed to disable all WPML plugin and re-enable it again.

@brookerrj maybe it works for you too. I have the latest version of WPML plugins and Popup Builder.
