    Hi,

We are getting errors from customers using safari on MAC and iOS browsers.

Customers are advised payment error, and order is saved as pending payment and customer link page shows ‘This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.’

Are you aware of any issues, this is latest 1.3.1 version?

    Hi @slimesurfer,

The checkout with Safari is working well in our test environments and I have not seen this error message before. We would like to take a closer look at this behavior on your site.

Please open an internal support ticket with us as described in this article and include your system report and PayPal log files from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
Please also include a link to this thread.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hello @slimesurfer

sorry, but right now we aren’t aware of that issue. Where they get the message? On your website or on the website of PayPal? Who the customers should contact the shop owner (you) or PayPal?

It sounds like PayPal rejected the payment. That orders are pending is correct because they will be created no matter if a payment will be made or not.

    Thank you
    Have a nice day
    Regards
    Andreas

We encountered a similar error. A payment failed and the user is now not able to pay it even from the my-account page.

I think this might be related to this issue here on github:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/140

In our case the user also created an account during checkout.

Please install the new version 1.3.2. We hope the issue is fixed with that new version
