broken on installation

    I just installed and activated this and i just get this error message splashed multiple times across all the admin backend “`Notice: Undefined index: default in E:\Programs\XAMPP\htdocs\mttwood_www\wp-includes\class-wp-list-util.php on line 161

    figured out what it is, it was theme related. some custom code to add extra fields to shipping methods ie delivery time, just needed a default value set. ie default => ”,

    when i was installing other shipping plugins they all had the same problem
