I am happy to assist you today, but first in the future, please provide the full error along with the error numbers. eBay often throws the same error numbers with a different explanation of what the error is.
I am going to assume you are experiencing one of the most common #37 errors which is:
Input data for tag <Item.ShippingPackageDetails.ShippingPackage> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.
If I am correct, that error means the value you provided in the shipping package field is invalid or missing. So please check the “Package type” in the listing profile or edit product page (wherever you have setup your eBay shipping options) and make sure you set it to “Package” if your products are over 3 ounces. It should not be set to “Letter” if you are shipping packages that weigh more than 3 ounces.
If you are using a shipping profile from eBay (How to use eBay Shipping Profiles), you will need to edit the shipping profiles “Package type” field directly on eBay, then click the “refresh details” link on the accounts page of WP-Lister to update the policy in WP-Lister, then try again.
If that is the not the correct error, please provide me with the full error which you should be able to view at the top of the edit product page in Woocommerce.
