Facebook Chat does not appear on my page

    Hello,

    I have installed Facebook Chat for WordPress yesterday, I set it up, removed all of the restrictions from the Facebook page about geo-location and age, but it is still not appearing. I did not have this problem this morning. What can be done?

    Hi @dzhoneva,

    We’ve had a look into the problem on your site.

    The plugin isn’t loading because the website has set the content-security-policy’s script-src to certain domains, which don’t include the FB domain (connect.facebook.net). As such, the script cannot be loaded on the website.

    The right fix is to configure the website to allow https://connect.facebook.net in their CSP header.
