    I have five sites that all use the free Yoast (16.3) plugin. One of them shows the Yoast tab on Pages, Posts, and Portfolio Items as blank. This is what I see. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I know –?turned off the theme (Enfold), all other plugins, made sure browser Javascript is on, and the problem still persists. My other sites are running the same theme, same version of WordPress (5.7.2).

    But here’s a really weird thing: I made a staging version of the site and Yoast works! Hope that tidbit helps. Stumped at the moment. Hope someone can help.

    We are sorry that you are experiencing a blank metabox though you have the latest Yoast SEO and WordPress. While on the page, can you please check if there are Javascript errors on your browser’s console?     Thanks for sharing the relevant screenshot here with us. The issue you’re currently experiencing is known to us and typically occurs when the security firewall or mod_security rules block Yoast SEO internal javascript and as such, the meta box can’t load properly.

    In this case, we recommend you please check it with your web hosting provider to see whether they’re running a security firewall (i.e. SiteLock) for you. If they do, you’ll need to whitelist Yoast SEO from the SiteLock settings first. You may try this as well: cPanel → SiteLock dashboard → TrueShield settings → Clean cache.

    If that doesn’t work for you, we highly recommend you please check the mod_security rules with your web hosting provider to make sure that it’s not blocking anything.
