Cannot use Woocommerce Coupons with YITH Gift Cards

  • Hi,
    My customer has some clients they have given a discount code for example 10% off everything.

    If said customer also has a gift card, they cannot apply the personal coupon ?? We checked that the coupon did not have restriction for using multiple coupons.

    They have the free version of the plugin. Is this a restriction in it, perhaps?

    hope you are doing well ??

    you should be able to apply a coupon and also a gift card in the same cart.
    Please, take a look at this screenshot.

    You can see I can apply both codes in the same cart.

    Maybe, you have some conflict and I kindly suggest testing it with WooCommerce and YITH Gift Cards only activated.
